AP CM Jagan highly ambitious project for school students”Jagannanna Vidyakanuka” program will be launched on October 8. Chief Minister Shri YS Jagan Mohan Reddy will formally launch the program said Commissioner of Public Relations, Ex-Officio Secretary to the Government Shri Tumma Vijayakumar Reddy said in a statement.
As part of this about Rs 650 crore will be spent for 42,34,322 students across the state Every student studying from class one to class 10 will receive this kit.
Every Student Kit consists of 3 pairs of uniform, a pair of shoes, two pairs of socks, a belt, a set of Textbooks, notebooks and a school bag will be included. Thereby, significantly reducing the number of children dropping out from govt schools and increasing the percentage of children enrolling in schools
Jagananna Vidya Kanuka will enhance and enable them to participate enthusiastically in the learning process.
